Problemas con un menu

Buenas  tengo el siguiente problema me sale el error"Bibilioteca no registrada" es el menu de Zero no tsukaima que me baje de aca y quisiera saber como poder arreglar eso

Te pone que libreria es, yo lo acabo de probar en windows 8 y me va sin problemas, eso si tiene un fallo que dandole a la x no se cierra

yo tengo windows 7 a mi ni siquiera me abrio luego, tambien aparecio el antivirus y luego lo siguiente "Acces violation at address 000000000. Read of adress 000000000"

Pues no tengo ni ide pero raro raro, he buscado un poco por la red de redes y me salido como si fuese un error por tener varios clientes oracle , puede ser el caso?? pongo el texto en ingles con instrucciones porsiaca.

If you have two 10g clients installed only the first one listed in the
environment variable path works in Toad 9.5.  The other gets an access
violation error.  Could you please try and switch them just to confirm
that is the same with yours?
 
For Example:
 
1.         Right Click My Computer
2.         Properties | Advanced tab
3.         Environment Variables
4.         Scroll down system variables to Path | Edit
 
Path=Developer-Suite 10 GR2 ; Oracle Client 10.2.0.1.0;
to
Path=Oracle Client 10.2.0.1.0 ; Developer-Suite 10 GR2;
Parece ser un error de windwos basicamente se le ha ido la pinza, aqui hablan tb de el pero por otra razon.
